The countdown to Akintade's 30th birthday continues.

To mark the celebration of Akintade's 30th birthday, we are building an app called Neurohelp AI, and hopefully, on his birthday we will demonstrate how to use the app.

To have access to the app, visit our website neurohelp.ai and enter your name to be on the waiting list.

Family, I need your help today πŸ™

I've spent the past year building NeuroHelp.ai
a free app to help parents like us navigate autism
assessments and NHS waiting lists.

We are SO close to public launch. Google just needs
12 Android testers to keep the app installed for
14 days before they'll approve us.

If you have an Android phone and want to be one
of the first to use this comment YES below πŸ‘‡

I'll send you the install link personally.

iPhone users , iOS is coming, I'll let you know!

This community inspired me to build this. Help me
get it into the hands of every autism family in
the UK 🩷

The earlier a child is diagnosed with autism, the better their future can look.

This is not an opinion. The evidence is clear. and every parent deserves to know it. πŸ’™

Here are 4 reasons why early diagnosis changes everything.

A diagnosis is not a label that limits your child.
It is a key that opens every door they need.

If you spent years wondering why your child was struggling and feeling alone in that uncertainty β€” your instincts were right all along.

Seeking answers for your child is one of the most powerful things a parent can do. πŸ’™

πŸ’¬ How old was your child when they were diagnosed?

And what changed for your family after?

Share your story below β€” it could give another parent the courage to take the next step.

πŸ’Ύ Save and share this post β€” someone in your network may need to see it today.

πŸ‘‡ Tag a parent who is still searching for answers. You might change everything for them.

I walked into a room full of parents who were exhausted before the day even started.
Β
They weren't failing. The system was failing them.
Β
No joined-up support. No one speaking plainly. No space where they felt seen.
Β
That's why I founded Tade Autism Centre β€” not as a professional exercise, but as a mother who refused to accept that this was just how it had to be.
Β
Every family we support is a reminder of why this work exists.
Β
You are not alone in this. And you never should have been.
Β
πŸ’¬ What's one thing you wish someone had told you at the beginning of your autism journey?

1. 'Why does my child only melt down at home?' β€” because home is where they finally stop masking.

2. 'Is stimming bad?' β€” no. It's regulation. Don't suppress it; understand it.

3. 'Will they grow out of sensory issues?' β€” they may grow new strategies. The wiring stays. And that's okay.

Got a question for the team? Drop it below β€” we'll feature the next round.

If bedtime feels like the hardest part of your day, you are not alone, and you are not doing anything wrong. 😴

Sleep struggles are one of the most common and least talked about challenges in autism parenting.

Here are 4 things every autism parent needs to know about sleep.

Small, consistent changes to the bedtime environment can transform your nights.

Running on broken sleep while caring for an autistic child is one of the hardest things a parent can carry.

If this is you right now β€” your exhaustion is valid, your love is visible, and help exists. πŸ’™

πŸ’¬ Does your child struggle with sleep?

Drop a 😴 below and tell us what bedtime looks like in your house.

πŸ’Ύ Save this post β€” share it with a parent who hasn't slept properly in months.
