The Human Face of Sudan’s Crisis

A mother was killed in front of her child in Kordofan during intense fighting between the Sudanese Armed Forces and the Rapid Support Forces.

The child watched as the only person who could protect them was taken by the violence that has engulfed central Sudan. In Kordofan, residential neighborhoods, markets, and ordinary homes continue to come under direct fire.

Mothers die shielding their children.

Children are left alone with trauma that will follow them for life.

Entire families are trapped with nowhere safe to run.
While global debates continue, families on the ground are burying their loved ones. Every delayed response costs innocent lives.

The people of Sudan are not statistics—they are mothers, fathers, sons, and daughters who need immediate relief, protection, and hope.
