We want to thank everyone who took the time to come to our event yesterday. Thank you for always supporting Stanstead Lodge.
We wouldn’t be here if it wasn’t for all our members and local community.
We also want to thank the Sonnet Wind Orchestra for making the time this and the last few years to be here with us.

We also would like to thank everyone who share our posts and engage with our social media as that is support for Stanstead Lodge too.

Remembering Windrush, Celebrating Community is a free, feel good event taking place on Monday 15th June, 11:30am to 3:00pm at Honor Oak Community Centre, 50 Turnham Road, SE4 2JD. RSVP Essential 💕

Open to everyone, this special gathering celebrates the legacy of the Windrush generation while bringing the community together in a relaxed and welcoming space.
Enjoy a delicious Caribbean inspired buffet, connect with others, and take part in gentle “Then & Now” conversations where stories, memories, and experiences can be shared. There will also be an opportunity to capture and preserve personal reflections.

Delivered by 60 Up CIC, this is a chance to come together, celebrate culture, and honour the voices and contributions that continue to shape our community today.
