🔔 Reminder! Morven walk this Saturday.

🏔️ Meet at Logie Coldstone hall at 10.30am to car share to the starting point at Lary (Ballater side).

🥪Bring a picnic for the top or along the way and plenty of snacks and water.

☀️Forecast is mixed so bring suitable clothing. It can be very cold at the top!

🍺 We’ll gather back at The Airedale afterwards for well earned food and drinks. Non walkers are welcome to meet at the pub and join in the fun there.

🚗 We’d also be grateful for any non‑walkers who can help by driving folk from the hall to the start point at Lary.

MARCH ROUND UP

Spring has finally arrived in Logie Coldstone and the community are taking full advantage of the better weather and lighter evenings!

This month the SWI had an action packed meeting with dome indoor curling and archery💪🎯🥌

Our Sunday walkers have been ramping up the training for the annual community hill walk up Morven at the end of May 🏔

And finally, our school kids have been very busy with an excellent performance at our March community cafe with some singing and telling us all about the history of our wonderful school, plus we were treated to a science open day at the end of the month - bravo 👏

Cairngorm Bothies and Cairngorm Lodges Both are successful gold green tourism awarded self-catering developments set in a woodland environment on the outskirts of Logie Coldstone, in Royal Deeside. We are extremely proud of our off-grid and green credentials.🌿🐿
We are looking for team players (Hosts) to assist with cleaning of our properties prior to new guests arriving. There are 12 Bothies and 5 Lodges.
The existing teams will assist in familiarisation and training until full competency is achieved.
Ideally the successful candidates will need to be local and have their own transport.
