Cuppa & Chat today at The Bishop's Park. We met up with Louise (the Project Manager) who took us on an interesting tour of the gardens where we found out about its 'Hidden History'. We followed this with a cuppa and a bite to eat in Stacey's Kitchen, where the staff were very welcoming even though we were half an hour late. A great morning made even better as we didn't need our raincoats 😊

What a fantastic evening we had doing our African drumming. Emmanuel Okuni Annang bought along a drum for everyone to use and led us in a range of rhythms. He got us to try some counter rhythms, but not sure we managed them properly! One thing we all did was have a lot of fun 😁 Thank you to Emmanuel and also to for their grant which made it possible . . . .
