Eight amazing, bright and fun young carers represented Credu this week at the International Young Carers Conference in Berlin. They joined the pre- Conference to create some individual collages which then emerged as a Manifesto of shared ideas and perspectives with other young carers from around the world.
On day 1 they led a workshop on Participation and attended many interesting other sessions. On day 2 they presented the final thoughts to the Conference with their peers on stage leaving everyone with powerful words and strong memories.
The group was supported by Credu Sally Duckers and Lorna Wcddenbighshire who managed to keep up with their energy (just about) to find time to explore Berlin's history and culture.
A huge thanks to the organisers of the conference for giving them a space to shine. Thankyou to Taith funding for making this cultural exchange possible.

🌟 Join Us for Credu's AGM - Celebrating Carers & Communities 🌟

We're delighted to invite carers, volunteers, supporters, partners and friends of Credu to join us for our Annual General Meeting on Wednesday 2 December, 11am-3pm.

This year, we're bringing people together to celebrate the incredible contribution of unpaid carers and the strength of our communities. Alongside reflecting on the past year, we'll be sharing stories, celebrating achievements, and looking ahead to what comes next for carers across Wales. This builds on our aim to make the AGM a celebration and conversation, not just a formal meeting.
Whether you've been involved with Credu for years or are new to our work, we'd love to welcome you.

🎟️ Book your free place here: https://www.eventbrite.com/e/credu-agm-celebrating-carers-communities-tickets-2002993210612

Please feel free to share with anyone who may be interested.

💙 Together, let's celebrate carers, communities, and the difference we can make when we work together.

Join us in person to celebrate the heart of Credu – Carers, Community, and making a real difference together!
