No Llangollen Repair Cafe in August, sorry but we seem to have a lot of volunteers on holiday or working at other events. We will be back serving our community in September

Our Gav from the Co-op and his super sociable old gal, Mika are here to tell you that our volunteers are downing tools and putting on their flip flops (health and safety nightmare) and going on their holibobs in August so there will be no Repair Café until Saturday 18th September when they will be ready to fix your stuff.

It's tomorrow! Saturday 18th July 10am-12pm at the Memorial Hall, Llangollen.

We have volunteers who can look at bikes, electrics, tech/computer software, sharpen tools, sewing repairs as well as any general bits and bobs that need fixing. There will also be tea and cake.

Come and be as happy as Keith and Sue!

Another success! Roger's laptop wasn't charging, so our volunteer Mike, soldered the power supply so that it did. Brilliant stuff.

Next Repair Café session is this Saturday 18th July, 10-12pm, Memorial Hall, Llangollen.

Another piece of clothing saved from landfill and enjoyed by its owner, Sheila, for years to come. This is what our talented volunteer, Jen, and others do. Save waste and save money. Come bring your busted bits to us and we'll do our best to make you smile like Sheila. Repairs are provided for free, or a donation if you can afford it.

Fixed! Electrician volunteer Anthony replaced the cable on Kevin's iron at this month's Repair Café. Nice hat, Kevin. Just what you need in this weather.

The magnetic clasp had come off this lady's favourite bag, but clever Jen was able to reattach it for her. Phew!

It's tomorrow! Repair Café time. Not only will we have a load of volunteers ready to fix your bikes, toasters and holey jumpers, and feed you tea, biscuits and cake, we also have Gav from the Co-op, guitar stringer and beard wearer extraordinaire.

Gav is bringing food samples as part of the Co-op's Community Get Together events and £3 off a £10 spend vouchers as well as recipe cards.

10-12pm Saturday 20th June, Memorial Hall. Llangollen. Be there, or be hungry.
