🌍 It was great to see so many locals come together yesterday for the Llangollen Climate Discussion!

There were lots of positive conversations and ideas about how we can make a difference locally.

We would like to say a big thanks to Climate Action Llangollen for co-hosting and Llangollen food share for the lovely soup, and of course everyone who came along!

Climate Action Llangollen and Drosi Bikes would like to invite residents, community groups and organisations to come together for a follow-up community discussion after the screening of the National Emergency Briefing that took place in Llangollen last month.

Whether you have seen the film yet or not come an join us!

The film raised important questions around climate and nature emergency, our
communities, and what we can do together at a local level.

This session is an opportunity to continue the conversation and explore what these issues mean for Llangollen and the surrounding area.
The discussions will be informal, welcoming and open to everyone.
You don't need to be an expert or involved in climate action!
We would love to hear a range of perspectives from across our community.
Whether the film has left you with questions, ideas, concerns or simply wanting to
hear what others think, come along and join the conversation.

It's nothing new, but this really is a great way to undo SRAM style self extracting cranks, using an old inner tube.
I'll admit, it doesn't work every time, hence my face at the end!

Ready to build on your bike maintenance skills? Come join us at our workshop for a hands-on session with one of our mechanics to help develop your confidence with bike repairs.

Climate discussion 🌍
We're teaming up with Climate Action Llangollen for an open discussion about what we can do as a community to make a difference. Book your place and come along to share your thoughts or listen to ideas. Everyone welcome!

Fix & Learn 🚲
If your bike is in need of some TLC, book a 1-2-1 spot and learn how to diagnose and fix any niggling issues.

Wednesday night was our final women+ workshop of the year, and was a pretty great way to round things off!

From coaching sessions with Cheri Mills Coaching, bike maintenance workshops and demos with the badass CAMP VC crew, to volunteer workshops with our amazing female gang AND our regular women’s evenings here at the workshop, we’ve connected with a whopping 195 amazing people this year.

We’re hoping to build on this in 2027, and we’re already working on some exciting things for next year... so watch this space!

A huge thank you to everyone who’s got involved, volunteered, shared their skills or simply turned up and had a go. We couldn’t do it without you 💚✌️

Lots of training opportunities at Drosi HQ this week and the good news... there are still a couple of spots left - but not many, so move quickly!

30th - Our last Women's DIY of 2026! Join Erin & Ceri for a casual, hands-on session covering puncture repairs and basic bike maintenance. Bring your bike along and learn how to give it a check over yourself, all whilst meeting other local female+ riders. No experience required!

3rd - Level 2 training - open to everyone wanting to build on their bike maintenance knowledge. Robin will be covering brakes, gears and all the bits in between. Join us for 3 hours of hands-on learning and plenty of time to practise the skills yourself.
