Tuesday marks the start of Tomboogie classes at the village hall... It is a danced based fitness class.
Nicky who is the instructor says

"I feel very strongly that as adults we don't get time to have fun. This class is all about having fun whilst getting fit.

The sound track is guaranteed to get you singing along. With songs from Saturday Night Fever, Footloose, Hairspray, Dirty dancing and many more.

The moves are suitable for all abilities with low and high options.
Come along and give it a go. I can't wait to get you all dancing."
