Starting next Thursday, June 25th, inside The Wheelhouse Café at Antioch, we're delighted to welcome Jo-Anne from Angor for the monthly stoma support group between 11am and 1pm.

Whether you're waiting for surgery, still in the early stages of adjusting & learning what does and doesn't work for you, or feel like you've been doing this for ages but would love to meet other local people who understand first-hand what it's like, come along and join us! ☕️🫖

Our friends at Llaeth Mam Breastfeeding Groups are back on Friday for their fortnightly breastfeeding support group - inside Crazy Maisie's, so if you have a toddler you can bring them along too!

10am - 11.30am (but it's "drop in" style so don't worry if you can't make it for exactly 10am. They know that it's like trying to get little ones out of the house!)

Whether you're new to breastfeeding and have questions, pregnant and interested in breastfeeding your new baby, or simply breastfeeding and keen to have a bit of a social with other mums, come along! You and your little one will be very welcome! 🤗
