The Colorectal Cancer Support Group is here at Antioch on Wednesday 21st October, 11am–1pm, including a well-being session with Mind Carmarthenshire.⁣

Come along for a cuppa, a chat, and some proper support from people who understand what you're going through. Everyone's welcome.⁣

A massive thank you to everyone who donated at our food drive at Asda recently. We collected 110 bags of donations over the course of the long weekend. Llanelli, you really are amazing so thank you! 🙏🏼

Because of you, the shelves of Lifeshare - Antioch’s food and clothes bank are stocked and ready to support individuals and families in need as we head into winter.

And a special shout out to all our smiley volunteers who accepted and packed and carried those 110 bags. You're fantastic and we appreciate you so much! 🥰
