RENEWAL SPACE at Llanelli Railway Goods Shed Trust this afternoon. We were on the train again today for our Renew Wellbeing space 🚃.
We started on our first step of creating leaf bowls - today we used leaves as stencils to create the shape of a bowl out of clay🍁🍂.
We also enjoyed chatting and had some tasty food from The Goods Shed Cafe Llanelli 🥪 ☕️🍵.
And we had our quiet time of reflection in one of the pods 🙏🕯.

We're back at Llanelli Railway Goods Shed Trust this Friday for our Renew Wellbeing space, on the train carriage 🚃 in the main building.
Last week we decorated some jars 🫙 with leaves 🍂 . This week we will be making leaf dishes put of clay 🍁.
Come along for some crafts or board games, or just for a chat and some company.
Food and drinks available from The Goods Shed Cafe Llanelli.

Last week we celebrated 2 years of Renew at The Goods Shed - we enjoyed some cake, a quiz and had some goodie bags. Some of us also made some hedgehogs out of books 🦔, this week we will be decorating jars with leaves 🫙 🍁🍂.
Come along for some crafts or board games, or just for a chat and some company.

We're back at Llanelli Railway Goods Shed Trust this Friday for our Renew Wellbeing space, on the train carriage 🚃 in the main building.
This week we're celebrating our 2 year anniversary 🎉. Two years ago we started our space Renew @ The Goods Shed.
For our celebrations tomorrow we will enjoy some cake 🎂 (courtesy of The Goods Shed Cafe Llanelli). We will also have a quiz 😀 and crafts - making a hedgehog out of old books 🦔. There will be goodies bags too for anyone who comes along 🥳.
And of course plenty of chatting and the usual board games and colouring will be available.
