Thank you to the Seagull pub, in Porthcawl for supporting South West Wales branch in their September Friday night quizzes!!

Committee members and volunteers from the branch have sold raffle tickets and throughly enjoyed competing in the quiz each week! Ending on a high and πŸ₯‡ place!

The event raised Β£374 for MND!

Look out for the team of MND fundraisers today!!

over 30 volunteers will be taking on a huge 30-mile walk from Oystermouth Castle in Mumbles to Ogmore Castle β€” all in aid of the Motor Neurone Disease Association (MNDA).

30 miles. One team. One goal. πŸ’ͺ

It’s going to be a long day, plenty of tired legs and no doubt a few sore feet! But every step we take is to help raise vital funds and awareness for people and families living with motor neurone disease.

We need your support! πŸ™
