🏳️‍🌈LGBTQ+ HISTORY MONTH🏳️‍⚧️

Today we celebrate Mark Ashton.

Mark was a fearless LGBTQ+ activist and co-founder of Le****ns and G**s Support the Miners, who united communities during the 1984–85 miners’ strike and proved that solidarity is a revolutionary act.

His legacy is solidified within LGBTQ+ history and LGSM was reintroduced to the world in the 2014 hit film Pride.
