We are a praying, prophetic, pioneering, pastoral mission movement. Throughout the movement we are involved in a huge range of activities. These include: Evangelism, Discipleship, Church Planting, Business As Mission, Sports Ministries, Prayer, Training, Support Ministries, Encouraging Emerging Mission Movements, Education, Arts. Every member of World Horizons is responsible for raising their own support.

What do you do with a pile of unwanted jeans?

For World Horizons member John*, a simple idea about reusable shopping bags became the start of something much bigger. Old denim was transformed into durable bags, but the real impact wasn't what was made. It was the conversations, friendships, and community that grew around the sewing table.

From learning new skills to sharing stories, people of all ages and backgrounds found a place to connect.

Sometimes God uses the simplest ideas to create lasting impact.

The harvest is ready in Ethiopia.

Across eight cities, Akem recently witnessed God moving in remarkable ways. People from Muslim backgrounds are boldly placing their faith in Christ, house churches are growing, and lives are being transformed through prayer, worship, and the power of the gospel.

As Akem and his family prayerfully prepare to return and serve alongside local believers, join us in praying for strong teams, strengthened disciples, and for God's light to continue reaching those who have yet to hear the Good News.
