From 8–14 November, a team of incredible supporters will take on a challenging 100km trek across the Sahara Desert to raise vital funds for us.

Among them are Ascona Group CEO Darren Briggs and Cardiff couple Adrian and Eleri Hurley, who will celebrate Eleri’s 60th birthday with this once-in-a-lifetime adventure!

Every step will help support our lifesaving service and the £13 million needed each year to keep us flying.

A huge thank you to the Friends of Llwynfedw Gardens or their generous donation of £3,000 to support our lifesaving service!

The fantastic amount was raised at their Party in the Park in August, with the support of local businesses, musicians and the wider community. Despite the wet weather, a brilliant time was had by all!

Sixty years on, Wales remembers Aberfan.

We remember the lives lost, the families and loved ones left behind, the survivors, and the strength of a community that endured unimaginable loss.

Llanelli occupational therapist Tina Stanton took on the Cardiff Half Marathon, completing the course in an impressive 3 hours and 13 minutes in support of our charity.

Inspired by the patients she supports in her everyday work, Tina wanted to give back to a service that makes a life-changing difference to patients and their families.

A huge thank you to Tina for her incredible effort and for helping us continue to deliver lifesaving care across Wales. Diolch yn fawr!
