A huge thank you to Llwynhendy Health Centre for raising awareness during Carers Week.

It was wonderful to see patients being recognised and supported, with refreshments and some lovely cakes provided throughout the day. Small gestures like these can make a big difference and help highlight the invaluable contribution that carers make every day.

Thank you to everyone involved for taking the time to acknowledge and celebrate carers in our community. 💙
