Mayor Cllr Louvain Roberts and her Consort were delighted to attend the opening of the new Stallion Boxing Gym in Glanymor.

The Mayor was pleased to see this exciting new community facility officially launched and to meet with those whose hard work and dedication have helped bring the project to fruition. The Mayor would like to congratulate everyone involved in establishing the gym and wishes Stallion Boxing Gym every success for the future. It is a fantastic addition to the Glanymor community, and its positive impact will undoubtedly be felt for many years to come.

Roedd y Maer, Cynghorydd Louvain Roberts, a’i Cwrsiant wrth eu bodd i fynychu agoriad y Ganolfan Bocsio Stallion newydd yng Nghlanymor.

Roedd y Maer yn falch o weld y cyfleuster cyffrous newydd yma yn cael ei lansio'n swyddogol ac i gwrdd â'r rhai y bu eu gwaith caled a’u ymroddiad yn helpu i wireddu'r prosiect. Hoffai'r Maer longyfarch pawb sydd wedi bod yn rhan o sefydlu'r gampfa ac yn dymuno llwyddiant i Ganolfan Bocsio Stallion yn y dyfodol. Mae'n ychwanegiad gwych i gymuned Glanymor, a bydd ei effaith gadarnhaol, heb os nac oni bai, yn cael ei theimlo am flynyddoedd lawer i ddod.

𝗬𝘀𝗴𝗼𝗹 𝗛𝗲𝗼𝗹 𝗚𝗼𝗳𝗳𝗮 𝗖𝗮𝗹𝗼𝗻 𝗖𝘂𝗽

The Mayor was delighted to attend the latest Ysgol Heol Goffa, Llanelli LeanKitchen Disability Football Cup, held at Ysgol Penrhos' excellent 3G pitch.

Organised by Llanelli Town Council in partnership with Ysgol Heol Goffa, the tournament was inspired by the school's ambition to host its own football competition and successfully brought together ALN schools from across Wales for a fantastic day of sport.

The Mayor was thrilled to see so many young people enjoying the opportunity to participate, compete and showcase their talents in such a positive and supportive environment.

The Mayor would also like to place on record her sincere thanks to Tesco Community Champion for generously providing fruit and water for all participants throughout the day. Thanks are also extended to the Ysgol Strade Youth Leaders, whose enthusiasm and professionalism in officiating the matches helped make the event such a success. Finally, special thanks go to Lean Kitchen for their continued support of the tournament and for sponsoring Ysgol Heol Goffa's new football kit.

Roedd y Maer wrth ei fodd i fynychu Cwpan Pêl-droed Anableddau Ysgol Heol Goffa Llanelli LeanKitchen, a gynhaliwyd yn y maes 3G gwych yn Ysgol Penrhos. Wedi'i drefnu gan Gyngor Tref Llanelli mewn partneriaeth ag Ysgol Heol Goffa, fe'i hysbrydolwyd gan uchelgais yr ysgol i gynnal ei gystadleuaeth bêl-droed ei hun ac fe daeth ysgolion ALN o dros Gymru at ei gilydd am ddiwrnod gwych o chwaraeon.

Roedd y Maer di weld cymaint o bobl ifanc yn mwynhau'r cyfle i gymryd rhan, cystadlu a dangos eu sgiliau mewn amgylchedd mor bositif ac oddi ar gefn. Hoffai'r Maer hefyd gofnodi ei diolch diffuant i Swyddog Gymunedol Tesco am ddarparu ffrwythau a dŵr i'r holl gyfranogwyr drwy gydol y dydd. Diolch hefyd i Arweinwyr Ieuenctid Ysgol Strade, y bu eu brwdfrydedd a'u proffesiynoldeb wrth arwain y gemau yn helpu i wneud yr digwyddiad mor llwyddiannus.

Yn olaf, diolch arbennig i Lean Kitchen am eu cefnogaeth barhaus i'r cystadleuaeth ac am noddi set bêl-droed newydd Ysgol Heol Goffa.
