Park life......The natural landscape of Penyfan Park provides valuable habitat for a wide range of plants, insects, and wildlife. Meadow areas across the parks are being carefully managed to increase plant diversity, creating richer habitats that support pollinators and other species. Through reduced mowing and targeted habitat management, these meadows are developing into vibrant spaces that enhance biodiversity while adding seasonal colour and interest to the park.

The dull weather didn't put off a large group who enjoyed the latest of our "Gentle community walks" ...Lovely to be out in the fresh air at Parc Howard. Even had a Welsh "walk and talk" session with Llion! Great to be out at Penygaer Fields today with Llanelli Green Spaces Network and the team from Llanelli Town Council. Fabulous to see the daffodils out and nature coming back to life. A good session tidying the raised beds and planting some more bulbs.
