Tonight we had the pleasure of visiting Burry Port RNLI where we were shown around their boats and uniform and learning how they save lives!

Last week Cadet First Class Heidi went away on an offshore power vessel, as you can see she really enjoyed.

She also gained Life Skills, Adventure, and Sea Cadet Experience, along with offshore power grade 2.

Tonight, our juniors completed another module and attempted to put up a tent with the help from senior cadets in preparation for the upcoming summer months.

The Juniors tried to make rainbows with kitchen rolls, with Adhesion and Cohesion.
• ​🧲 Adhesion: This is when water molecules stick to other things.
• ​🤝 Cohesion: This is when water molecules stick to themselves.
The cadets also tried to put tents up without talking to show that things are much easier when you communicate effectively.
