Our monthly pub quiz meet up is this coming Wednesday! 📝

Pub Quiz is an extra social get-together for our members and prospective members, if you've attended one of our monthly meetings and are planning on joining our WI and fancy coming along, please PM the page for details, we need to book numbers for anyone who'd like to eat beforehand 🍔

The winners🥇and the losers 👎🏼 of our first quiz night! They knew their Mr Men, they knew the Back to Future time machine was a De Lorean, they knew All Dogs Go To Heaven, but they didn't know how many times Sharon Watts was married and almost married 😅😅 all while swapping team members at the ring of a bell 🛎️

Thank you all for coming along and making it an entertaining night ❤️ looking forward to our next meeting on Tuesday 6th October!!

From September our WI meetings will take place on the 1st Tuesday every month 7pm-9pm. We welcome women of all ages from the village and surrounding areas and you can visit up to 3 times before joining.

What a fabulous meeting we had on Tuesday 21st July our last before the summer break. Massive thank you to Sarah Manning for introducing us to cyanotyping, we all had a go and had such fun with our botanical creations.

Did you know this process is where the word Blueprint comes from and how they used to create multiple copies of images before the invention of photo copiers?!

Curious about cyanotype? Come along to our next WI meeting and find out more about this alternative photographic process. We'll then have a go at designing contact prints and exposing them under UV light.

We meet upstairs in the Memorial Hall, there is a lift to the right of the main entrance.

Members £2 // non-members £4. Non-members can attend 3 meetings before making a decision about joining. And of course there will be tea and cake!
