The Holiday Season - A Time for Reflection and Change

It's important to acknowledge that domestic abuse incidents often increase during this period.

A well-crafted safety plan can help reduce the risk of harm to yourself and others. This plan should include strategies for managing stress, anger, and conflict.

The holiday season does not cause domestic abuse however, the added stress and pressure of the season can exacerbate existing issues.
