Help Simba's Adventures out of Kennels get a DEFRA approved assessment so he can have his exemption removed

A little background:
When Simba was surrendered to Alpet Poundies as a puppy, it was unclear what breed he was. Many of his measurements suggested he *may* have fallen under the XL Bully laws that were about to come in.

As a precaution; to protect Simba; he was registered as an XL Bully and committed to providing him a home in kennels for the rest of his life.

Now Simba is fully grown we do not believe that he fits the XL Bully profile but the only way to de-register him is to pay for an assessment.

There are no guarantees that the assessment will fall in his favour but we believe that it will.
