Surprise happenings at the Trust!!

Passing by our aviaries one morning, one of our volunteers was more than a little surprised to see a newly hatched owlet staring back at them! They had expected our Great Horned Owls, Douglas and Danielle to be the only occupants!

Largely due to their age, parenthood wasn't thought to have been on the agenda for these two. But clearly, it's a case of never say never!

Their latest offspring is around two weeks old now and thriving. They are great parents if a little shell shocked by the new arrival!

We are very excited to share this fantastic artwork kindly created for us by Rhiannon at ASJ toys and more personalised gifts . She was inspired to create the wonderful piece after visiting the Trust whilst on holiday in North Wales. It definitely captures the spirit of our beautiful owls and we love it!

We are immensely grateful to them for their support of our work. and it would mean a lot to them if you could support their small business by taking a look at their page, to like and follow them. We're sure they'd appreciate it. They can create a wide range of personalised gifts and unique designs for that something special.
