We've had a lovely couple here all week for a debrief. We were sad to see them go.

We are just about to start our vacation but also trying to sort out the schedule for the coming months.

September: a week debrief, Europe conference in Greece
October: Kim in Wenatchee for 2 weeks, Wayne on a silent retreat.
November: another debrief week, 40th Anniversary, Family Thanksgiving.

Thank you for praying for us as we help people in ministry navigate cross cultural life and ministry in challenging settings.

Wayne is still in Elgin, Illinois for One Collective's training program for new workers.

Thank you for praying for us.

Wayne's just returned from the train station with the couple that has arrived for a weeks debrief. Will you pray for a blessing for them this week?

The weather is beautiful and we've sent them straight out to see the beach, even though it's 10pm.

So we drove to Oxford today--early start. We each met with two ministry workers. Now for the 4 hour drive home--probably longer due to traffic and a stop for dinner.
