Without community transport, what could be lost?
❌ Less access to essential services/support
❌ Fewer opportunities
❌ Greater risk of isolation
❌ Less independence
If we value keeping people connected, it means:
👉 Recognising Community Transport as essential infrastructure
👉 Putting rural communities at the heart of transport planning
👉 Creating sustainable funding for Community Transport
👉 Investing in the volunteers who make it possible

Os ydym yn gwerthfawrogi cadw pobl mewn cysylltiad, mae hynny’n golygu:
👉 Cydnabod cludiant cymunedol fel seilwaith hanfodol
👉 Rhoi cymunedau gwledig wrth wraidd cynllunio trafnidiaeth

👉 Buddsoddi yn y gwirfoddolwyr sy’n gwneud hyn yn bosibl

🚐 – Driving communities forward
14 Powys-based Community Car, Dial-A-Ride and Taxi Card schemes are helping people get where they need to go - from appointments and essential services to community activities and social connections.
These services may look different from one community to another, but they share a common purpose: helping people stay connected, independent and involved
And behind every service are the volunteers and organisations who make those journeys possible 💚

🚐 - Gyrru cymunedau ymlaen
Mae 14 o gynlluniau ym Mhowys – gan gynnwys Ceir Cymunedol, Galw a Theithio a Chardiau Tacsi - yn helpu pobl i gyrraedd lle mae angen iddynt fynd; o apwyntiadau a gwasanaethau hanfodol i weithgareddau cymunedol a chysylltiadau cymdeithasol.
Gall y gwasanaethau hyn amrywio o un gymuned i’r llall, ond maent yn rhannu nod cyffredin: helpu pobl i gadw mewn cysylltiad, byw’n annibynnol a chymryd rhan yn eu cymunedau.
A thu ôl i bob gwasanaeth mae’r gwirfoddolwyr a’r sefydliadau sy’n gwneud y teithiau hyn yn bosibl 💚

For someone using community transport, a journey can mean:
🏥 Getting to an appointment
🛒 Accessing essential services
🤝 Meeting friends
🌱 Taking part in a community activity
🏡 Maintaining independence
It’s about helping people stay connected to the people, places and opportunities that matter to them 💚
