Dydd Llun, cynhaliwyd panel yn Sioe Frenhinol Cymru.

Ymunodd y ffermwr pumed genhedlaeth, Ioan Humphreys, merch fferm ac aelod o'r CFfI, Elin Lewis, ac Is-gadeirydd y CFfI, Dominic Smith â ni.

Fel rhan o'r ymgyrch Ffit i Ffermio, daeth aelodau o'r panel â'u profiadau byw eu hunain gyda nhw, yn ogystal â'u mewnbwn proffesiynol i barhau â'r sgwrs am iechyd meddwl, a sut ry'n ni'n gwneud y byd yn lle gwell i weithio a byw yn y diwydiant ffermio.

Diolch i bawb a ymunodd â ni ac a gymerodd ran yn y drafodaeth.

On Monday, we hosted an informative panel at the Royal Welsh Show.

We were joined by fifth-generation farmer, Ioan Humphreys, a farmer's daughter and YFC member, Elin Lewis, and Vice Chair of YFC, Dominic Smith.

As part of the Farming Fit campaign, the panel members brought their own lived experiences as well as their professional input to continue the conversation on mental health, and how we make the world a better place to work and live in the farming industry.

Thank you for everyone who joined us and got involved in the discussion.
