Nearly 3 million people are currently juggling paid work and care in the UK.

When they don’t have a carer friendly employer it can even become harder to cope. It’s not fair that every day 600 people have to leave their paid jobs to care.

We’re encouraging all employers to make sure they support and empower unpaid carers in the workplace.
