It is Carers Rights Day ! Sally spoke to two classes of Health & Social Care students at Coleg Cambria this morning about Young Carers Rights and planted a seed of awareness amongst the next generation of workers in health or social care settings.
They gave me lots of great ideas about how we can build our campaign of awareness raising in schools and health settings going forward and some of them Volunteered to take some of the Young Carers leaflets to some of the local schools in the area.
