• Giving guests a warm welcome, checking them in and showing them to their pitches. Outstanding customer service is hugely important to us, and it's what our guests expect from us.
• Keeping the park looking its best with minor maintenance repairs, grounds work and evening walk-rounds
• Looking after our 5★ rated shared toilet and washing facilities
• Carrying out light checks and restocking for our glamping yurts and bell tents
• Helping with bookings and general admin using our booking system
• Helping out in our busy shop, café and kitchen
• Lending a hand on event days 🎊

👀 Is this you?
• You love meeting people. Experience in hospitality, tourism or customer service is a plus, and full training is provided
• Chef or kitchen experience is very welcome! 👨‍🍳
• You're a natural problem-solver with a friendly, can-do attitude
• You're comfortable with basic IT and happy to learn new systems
• You have DIY skills and an eye for detail (a big plus!)
• You hold a full UK driving licence and have the right to work in the UK
• You love the outdoors and the natural world 🌿

📅 The details
March to October 2027 | Regular working pattern | Guaranteed hours, averaging 40 per person per week (this may go up or down depending on the time of year)
