Fox Housing Co-op was set up as a fully mutual housing co-op but has long since ceased to perform this function. Set up as a fully mutual housing co-op, Fox quickly went into decline, it's members proving unable to effectively run a co-operative enterprise. The site of this venture, Werndolau Farm, currently lies in vacant disrepair due to the recent eviction of the farms last tenants (who had undertaken much work (detailed in the photos herein) to improve the farm).
