Following our AGM, we’re already planning ahead for next year’s Gala Day! 🎪

We’d love your ideas and feedback to help make it even better 💡

What did you enjoy this year?
What could be improved?
What should we add or bring back?
Got a theme idea for next year?
Know a local business that could get involved, or have suggestions for businesses we should reach out to?

No idea is too big or too small!

We’d also love more people to get involved — whether that’s helping plan, volunteering on the day, or simply sharing ideas. Every bit of input makes a difference.

📣 SAVE THE DATES! 📣

Following our Annual General Meeting, the Gala Committee has confirmed the dates for our 2026/27 events! 🎉

📅 24th October 2026 – 🎃 Halloween
📅 4th December 2026 – 🎄 Christmas
📅 12th June 2027 – 🎪 Gala Day

We’ve created separate Facebook events for each date, so be sure to head over, click Interested/Going and keep an eye on each event for updates, announcements and more information as we get closer.

There’s lots to look forward to and we can’t wait!

Want to be part of the amazing community events happening in the village?? Then come along to our AGM on 18th August, 7pm in the Community Rooms in Livingston Village Primary School.

All our very welcome, it you can do a lot of a little, the more hands we have the better the events we can run. Come to help out smiles on the faces of the children of Livingston Village.

We have amazing volunteers on our committee who we could not to without but we always need more, just look at the amazing day we had on 13th June!!

The more people the lighter the load of organising Gala as well as our Christmas and Halloween events is.

Have you ever wanted to do a little something for your community that can also be fun and build friendships? If so come along to our next meeting which will also be our AGM on 18th August at 7pm (venue tbc).

Anyone is welcome and we don't expect any more than you can give! You will be part of a group organising community events, putting together and delivering christmas hampers, running Gala Day in June and generally putting smiles on the faces of children in Livingston Village. We will take any and all skills available inlcuding creativity, financial skills, fundraising, marketing and communications and more!!

And don't forget the fun!!
