🌲 Our young people have been having a brilliant time at Fordie Estate as part of our outdoor learning partnership! 🪵

This week, everyone got stuck into some hands-on woodworking, using wood sourced right from the very forests around them! It was a great chance to learn new skills, work together, and enjoy being outdoors 🌿

This week we took a break from the usual routine to host our annual School Well-being afternoon! ☀️

With the sun shining and blue skies above, our pupils enjoyed an afternoon packed full of fun outdoor activities including fencing, archery, races, football, and plenty of other games and challenges 🏹⚽🏃

To top it all off, everyone tucked into a BBQ together which was the perfect way to round off a great day 🍔🌭

🎨 One of our young people has finally completed an incredible painting of our campus, and it has been amazing to see the time, creativity and effort that has gone into this piece.

We can’t wait to display it proudly in reception for all our visitors to see! 👏

🎸 BIG NEWS FOR OUR IN-TOUCH FUNDRAISER! 🎸

We are buzzing to announce that we have a live band scheduled for our upcoming In-Touch Rodeo Fundraiser ... Please give a massive welcome to Frankie & Kelly Music! 🤠✨

They will be taking the stage on Friday 12 June to bring you a brilliant mix of classic country covers and modern country favourites! We are so grateful to have them on board to help us make it a night to remember.

All proceeds go directly to our In-Touch service, which provides throughcare and aftercare for young people transitioning into independent living.

🪴 Our seedlings have been growing like crazy, and today some of the pupils got stuck in replanting them into a bigger space. We can’t wait to see this garden flourish over the summer! 🌿

The April sun has been absolutely glorious, and we’ve been soaking up every minute of it! ☀️

This week, the campus has been buzzing with activity as we harvested the first of our fresh produce from the polytunnel and spent time landscaping the grounds to keep them looking their best. 👩‍🌾

Having such a versatile outdoor space is a vital part of life here, offering our young people a calm, natural environment to connect with nature and each other. 🌿
