💚 World Mental Health Day 💚

Today, on World Mental Health Day (10 October), we take a moment to recognise the importance of looking after our mental health and wellbeing.

Everyone has mental health, and it's okay to have good days and difficult days. Taking time to talk, connect with others, rest, and ask for support when needed can make a real difference.

At Clubmoor & Croxteth Children's Centre, we encourage families to be kind to themselves and each other. Remember, you are not alone, and support is always available.

💚 Check in with yourself today
💚 Reach out to someone you trust
💚 Take a moment for self-care
💚 Be kind to yourself and others

It's okay not to be okay. Asking for help is a sign of strength.

🤝 Working Together for Families in Broadway Neighbourhood.
Last week colleagues from the Clubmoor and Croxteth Family Hub Team and the Norris Green Health Visiting Team came together for a joint team development day. The day provided a valuable opportunity to strengthen relationships, learn more about each other's roles, share ideas, explore best practice and identify new ways of working together to support children and families across our communities. Alongside discussions about our strengths, opportunities and aspirations for the future, there was also time for some fun team-building activities and a quiz, helping us get to know each other better.

A big thank you to the Liverpool City Council Learning and Development Team, particularly Dave Meeten, for facilitating an engaging and productive day.

When partners work together, families benefit. 💜
