Our walking group walked from ACE to Calderstones Park using the public footpath as much as possible.
Up through Grange Weint in Gateacre village and onto Woolton Road and the Black Woods down Druids Cross Road and into fantastic Calderstones Park with rest for lunch.
Following on to Allerton Golf course pathway across the course and into Allerton towers Park..
We took a leisurely stroll then up to and close by the highest point in Liverpool Reservoir Road..Cilla Black's mum lived there you know 😁..stopover in Reynolds Park from with lovely walked garden. Returned to ace as from where we came using same route..Walking past Bishops Lodge residence of Bishop of Liverpool..Brian in awe of the history 🤣🤣..o yes and past the home of Sir🙂 Bob Paisley who's humble bungalow sits in Bower Road of Woolton Hill..
