Research never happens in isolation. Delivering high-quality research requires the dedication and expertise of teams working together. From the trials management team, who set up studies, monitor progress, and keep everything on track, to the clinical team, who recruit participants, collect samples, and ensure participant safety, every role is essential. Equally important is the laboratory team, who meticulously prepare challenge agents, process and ship samples, and perform the analyses that generate the data underpinning our findings.
