🐶📍 ROSIE’S FINAL STOP… THE HOUSES OF PARLIAMENT! 🏛️❤️

After travelling around England, visiting famous landmarks and highlighting the legal rights at risk, Rosie has finally made it to Parliament! 🐾❤️
One last day to sign! https://petition.parliament.uk/petitions/764268

From graduating at Oxford University with her Education Law degree to arriving at Westminster, Rosie has had quite the journey!

And today she’s highlighting the last of the 20 SEND legal rights at risk:

❤️ THE RIGHT TO SECURITY OF CONTINUED EOTAS PROVISION FOR YOUNGER CHILDREN WHEN THEY REACH SECONDARY AGE

For children who rely on EOTAS, having education arrangements that are working and meeting their needs provides important stability. Moving from primary to secondary education shouldn’t mean losing that security.

⚠️ WHAT’S AT RISK?

These plans would hit from 2030, meaning younger primary children with EOTAS face compulsory reassessment at the end of KS2. This would remove continuity and security and increase stress at the prospect that established arrangements will not continue.

🐶 20 RIGHTS. 20 STOPS. ONE VERY IMPORTANT JOURNEY.

Rosie has travelled the country to help families understand the legal rights and protections at risk under the Government’s SEND reforms.

These aren’t just words in legislation. They’re protections that children, young people and families rely on every day.

❤️ Rosie may have reached her final destination, but the fight to protect these rights isn’t over.

A huge thank you to everyone who has followed Rosie’s journey, helped spread the word and supported the campaign.

And a special thank you to Special Needs Jungle (SNJ) for the legal information that has helped Rosie explain all 20 rights at risk.

🐾 Rosie has delivered her message to Parliament. Now it’s time for those making the decisions to listen.

Please sign. Don’t loose your children’s rights.

🚨 PLEASE DON'T SCROLL PAST. THIS PETITION CLOSES TOMORROW! 🚨

I'm genuinely begging you for TWO MINUTES of your time. Please help me get this absolutely everywhere.

Our children's legal rights to education and SEND support are at stake.

We all know the SEND system desperately needs reform. But reform should mean making things BETTER, not weakening the legal protections children and families depend upon.

We need proper debate in Parliament. Real scrutiny. Different perspectives. Parents, professionals and young people being heard.

Not a system marching forwards with its fingers firmly in its ears.

We've already passed 100,000 signatures, meaning Parliament must consider this petition for debate. But that's not a guarantee of a debate, and we cannot afford to let this conversation disappear.

PLEASE SIGN HERE:

⚠️ IMPORTANT: DON'T FORGET TO CONFIRM YOUR SIGNATURE!

Once you've signed, Parliament sends you an email. You MUST click the confirmation link for your signature to count.

Check your junk folder too!

Because apparently even democracy requires completing an obstacle course through your inbox. 🙃

NOW I NEED YOUR HELP:

📢 SHARE this post on Facebook.

📱 SEND it to your WhatsApp groups, family and friends.

👥 TAG people who might not have seen it.

✅ ALREADY SIGNED? Brilliant! Please make sure you confirmed your email, then help someone else sign.

You don't need to have a child with SEND to believe that children's rights deserve protecting.

This isn't about opposing reform. It's about making sure reform doesn't come at the expense of the very children it's supposed to help.

Please, please don't assume somebody else will do it.

SIGN IT. CONFIRM IT. SHARE IT.

⏰ CLOSES 14 OCTOBER 2026.

NOW WE HAVE SOME QUESTIONS. 👀👏

National reports have now identified him as William Chapman.

Was his vulnerability known to South Yorkshire Police before Saturday's tragedy?
Was he known to Doncaster Council adult social care or safeguarding services?

If so, what involvement, if any, did they have?

SOMETHING ELSE WE'RE QUESTIONING. 🤔

Doncaster Council is also responsible for licensing Yorkshire Wildlife Park.

Yet Project R has so far been unable to locate the zoo's actual licence and relevant inspection records through the publicly accessible information examined. (We are happy to amend this should we receive or locate otherwise)

When was the tiger enclosure last inspected? What conditions were attached to its licence? Will you be addressing the concerns last recorded?

Yesterday, over TWO MILLION people viewed our post questioning the standard of care, safeguarding and public authority oversight in this country.

WHY THE F**K ISN'T ANYONE QUESTIONING WHAT DONCASTER COUNCIL KNEW, WHAT IT LICENSED, WHAT IT INSPECTED...

WHEN WILL THE PUBLIC BEGIN SCRUTINISING THE PEOPLE MARKING THEIR OWN HOMEWORK? 👀🤷‍♀️

A new report has been published today. The conclusive findings of the independent review into prevalence and support for mental health conditions, ADHD and autism should finally end the blame and suspicion young people and their families face when they reach out for help.

The report must now be used as crucial evidence in shaping the government’s SEND and health and social care reforms so that they meet the needs of all children and young people.

Professor Fonagy spells out that currently people wait too long for support and diagnosis and that diagnosis has become a gate to support that could and should be available earlier.

This must be addressed urgently by government, so people can get the help they need, when they need it. Assessments must still be available for those who require and want them.

The risk of failing to acknowledge another generation of children, who just want the ordinary things in life like making friends going to school and eventually working, is too high to ignore.
