NEW TRAINING OPPORTUNITY WITH 3D Training Limited 🧠📚

Understanding Mental Health First Aid & Advocacy in the work place, starting Tuesday 18th August at 9:30am and then running every Tuesday for 8 weeks. Great course for anyone wanting to work or currently working around mental health 👏🏻

Training will run at The Millennium Resource Centre, Blenheim Street, L5 8UX instead of in the lifeboat!

Tonight we’re doing something a little different and bringing our Wednesday Ketamine Support Group together on the beach AND online. ❤️

💻 Hybrid Ketamine Support Group: 6:00pm–8:00pm

Those coming to Crosby can meet us from 5pm for some unity, get settled with our chairs and snacks, and then at 6pm we’ll all join our usual online Ketamine Support Group together from the beach. 🌊🌒❤️

Everyone attending face-to-face will be joining the same online meeting through our phones, alongside everyone joining us from home.

Our main sharer will also be joining us online. ❤️

Please use earphones or AirPods and don’t play the meeting through your phone speaker, where somebody’s voice or share could be overheard by members of the public.

We’ll find ourselves a suitable quiet spot, create our Lifeboat circle and all connect into the same meeting together. 💜🛟
