This evenings fantastic leadership activity focused on teamwork, communication, and problem-solving , putting up a tent! Working together under pressure, the cadets showed great determination and leadership skills while learning the importance of organisation and cooperation. 👏⚓️

Rowing is an important part of being a Sea Cadet, helping build teamwork, confidence, communication, and discipline on the water.

We’ve had some great rowing sessions so far this summer, with cadets putting in plenty of effort while enjoying their time out on the water. It’s been brilliant to see everyone developing their skills, supporting each other, and making the most of the season so far. ⚓🚣

Our junior cadets were hard at work today, learning and creating their own posters about global warming, how it's caused, how it affects the planet, and the measures we can take to help tackle it. 🌍

A solid effort from them today. Well done juniors. 👏🏻

Today we say farewell to our Able Cadet Max, who has been with us for an incredible 8 years.😱

Joining at just 10 years old and now leaving at 18, he has truly grown through the cadet experience, taking part in numerous courses and camps , including memorable trips to France. 🇫🇷

Throughout his time, he has not only developed his own skills and confidence, but has also been a constant support within the unit and a proud representative at events outside of it.👏🏻🏅

His dedication, commitment, and positive example have made a lasting impact on everyone around him. He will be greatly missed by his fellow cadets and staff.😢

Thank you for everything you have given over the years. We wish you all the very best for the future, once a cadet, always a cadet.⚓️💙
