Print Studio at the Bluecoat There has been an intaglio based print studio at the Bluecoat since the 1960's. Now there are two print studios. Or you can follow the blog / join us on twitter:

The intaglio studio is still here, with the original Hughes and Kimber press, although we etch with salts rather than acids, and prefer an acrylic aquatint to the traditional rosin. In recent years we've added a sunshine filled screen printing studio, busy with sparky graphic design graduates and textile artists. You can hire either studio by the session or enrol on a course to skill up. There's a mailing list: get in touch if you'd like to be added to it.
