St Margaret Mary’s Catholic Junior School in Huyton has taken delivery of a new CR2 defibrillator, replacing its older CR Plus unit and ensuring the school has the latest life-saving equipment available in the event of a cardiac emergency. 👌🏼💙

Yesterday was a really special day for The Oliver King Foundation.

Mark King OBE had the pleasure of being invited to meet the team behind The Man Hug Podcast. It was a fantastic opportunity to spend time with such genuine, passionate people who are helping to start important conversations.

It was also a privilege to meet Nick Parkes, an inspirational open water swimmer and cardiac arrest survivor. Hearing Nick's story was incredibly moving and a powerful reminder of just how vital immediate CPR can be in giving someone the best possible chance of survival.

A huge thank you to The Man Hug team for such a warm welcome. We really enjoyed the day, the conversations and meeting everyone involved. 💙
