Five Children & Families Trust We are an independent charity delivering services to the community of South Liverpool. We are also the Sure Start Children's Centre for Speke.

Our Centre is a warm and friendly place where you'll find a host of services that you and your family are invited to use. In addition to a full timetable of play and educational sessions you will also find:

In honour of World Mental Health Day we have got lots of lovely free wellbeing gifts for all ages! 🧠❤️

We have also been gifted lots of lovely books from National Literacy Trust in honour of their campaign. And of course, its cosy season, so we have put together some lovely book and blanket bundles ✨️📚

Drop by the Five Centre today to grab some goodies and have a warming hot drink and some toast 🍞☕️

9:30am - 10:30am 2pm - 3pm

💜 EHCP TEAM UPDATE – OCTOBER 2026 💜

We know from speaking with parents and carers that it isn't always easy to know who your Casework Officer (CWO) is, who their Senior is, or who to contact when you need help with your child or young person's EHCP.

So, we have put together an updated guide to the Liverpool EHCP Team, including:

💜 Head of SEND & EHCP Team Manager
💜 Senior Casework Officers and the teams they oversee
💜 CWO names and email addresses
💜 Post-16 arrangements
💜 Tribunal & Complaints contacts

There are a number of staffing changes taking place during October, so please have a look through the posters carefully.

Where a CWO is either on maternity leave or long-term absence, their caseload is shared across the EHCP Team and other CWOs provide cover. This can mean that the person currently dealing with your child/young person's EHCP isn't necessarily the CWO normally linked to their school or setting.
