HMOs in Walton - community consultation event

We've arranged a meeting with the team who are putting together the council's Article 4 submission. We need residents to come and share their views on HMOs locally so we have the strongest submission we can get. Article 4 would force all new HMOs to apply for planning permission (so that we can meaningfully oppose them if we want to!)
