CHRISTMAS AT … WHAT!!!!!! 🎄🥹💜

We all had the most unreal time here last year, and we get to do it all over again!!! 🥹

How lucky are we that Ste and Cheryl have gone and done it AGAIN and gifted us tickets for our families… 60 TICKETS!!!!!!! 😭💜

The feedback we had from everyone who went last year was absolutely amazing, and seeing the families make those memories meant so much to us 🥹✨

Please, everyone, if you’ve had any experience with Lumiere, we’d be so grateful if you could leave us a review on our website. Reviews like these really help us when applying for grants and funding, which means we can continue offering amazing experiences like this to even more families 💜

We’ll be selecting families for this by next week, so get sharing and commenting 💜💜

Love you all!!!! 💜💜💜

Jaxon in the cosy corner of our very first classroom 🥹💜

Lumiere was created because of Jaxon. He is the whole reason any of this started.

It’s actually crazy to think that this time last year, none of this existed. We didn’t have a provision, we didn’t have classrooms….

Fast forward a year and here he is, sat in the cosy corner of the first Lumiere classroom 😭

Life is mad. You really never know where it’s going to take you.

Everything changed because of this little boy and now, because of him, we get to create something that can help so many other children too.

58 MILES!!!!!!! 🤯💜🥹🥹

Leanne and Lyndsey spent over 15 HOURS running from Glasgow to Edinburgh for Lumiere.

Speaking to Leanne this morning a She said how brutal it was for them both, how hard some parts were, and that knowing people had donated was one of the reasons she just couldn’t pull out. 🥹♥️

When they were tired, sore and had had enough, they still kept going.

They kept going for each other.
They kept going because people had backed them.
And they kept going for Lumiere and our families.

They pushed each other through the hardest parts and somehow came out of it with an even stronger friendship.

And they raised £1,655 for our children and families. 💜

Then Leanne thanked US for what we do.

After what they had just put themselves through for us 😭💜

Girls, we will never forget this.

58 miles is huge.
15 hours is huge.
£1,655 is huge.

But knowing why you kept going is mind blowing 🥹🥹🥹🥹

Thank you for choosing Lumiere.
Thank you for every mile.
Thank you for every penny.
Thank you for doing something so big for our children and families.

Please show Leanne and Lyndsey some love because they have worked for every single penny of this. 👏🏅💜

We are so proud of you both.

💜 Please share to help this reach the right people who may really need it 💚

Half term week is coming up again and, as always, we will help where we can 💜

We know how hard the school holidays can be. Being stuck at home all week isn’t easy, especially for children with disabilities and their siblings, and we know how upsetting it can be as a parent when you simply can’t afford the extra cost of places to go.

So this half term, we are giving 15 children a FREE space at Lumiere, with chicken nuggets and fries or toast included 💜

If you are, or know, a Lumiere family who will be struggling over half term and would really benefit from one of these spaces, please don’t comment on this post just send us a private message 💚

There is no judgement and no embarrassment. We know how hard things can be, and if we can help give a child a fun day out, something to eat and a little memory to take home with them, then we will always help where we can💜💚
