Animal Aid Charity

Say hello to three of our longest resident's at Animal Aid. Beauty and Pepper have both been with us over 5 years now and Star our longest resident has been with us for 10 years.
All three had a tough life before rescue trying to survive on the streets.
Star, beauty and Pepper see Animal Aid as their forever home, there safe place and a place they are comfortable, settled and happy in. These are just 3 of our cats that are permanent resident's here and that's why we fight so hard to keep our rescue going not just for them but for cats that might need the same kind of help in the future. We are still trying to raise funds and every penny helps. Thank you to everyone who has donated to us its really appreciated but we must keep going.
If you would like to donate the details will be in the comment's. ❤

October is black cat awareness month so here is Matty looking absolutely beautiful, sleek and shiny and so damn handsome.
Lets see your beautiful black beauties too.
Some myths about black cats being unlucky is just so ridiculous, how can such nature's beauty be unlucky ! Definitely not and any black cat owner will agree. They are actually symbols of good luck in some cultures and we can't argue with that.
Black cats are loving, affectionate and love their humans.
They have such goofy but funny personalities and make us laugh with their naughty ways, just like Matty.
As Matty shows in this photo ,black cats are so photogenic too. Every picture is stunning and make us humans so proud of our gorgeous black furry family.
Show us your amazing pictures of your pride and joy, we'd really enjoy seeing them.

They are some of our best customers . The atmosphere is lovely we have smooth radio on and some of our customers have a little dance in the shop. I absolutely love being part of our community and they love our little shop ,everyone is welcome to pop in. We have rails of ladies clothes starting from 20p and 50p,

Really sad to post this but it's like taking one step forward and two back trying to raise funds.
Just this week alone we have had people take our shop items without paying. Sneaky ,opening our window display and taking two beautiful miniature guitar and banjo boxed, worth £90. Then a really beautiful distinctive bag was kindly donated and was hung up on a hook until I placed it on show in our window.
Five minutes, it was snatched and taken, just awful to rob from us ,charity shop really !! They are that desperate and low to take the food out of our cats mouths, because that's what they have done.
Lots of clothes go missing most days especially when there are lots of customers in at once. Our shop is small but jammed packed with absolute bargains .
We ask one question
Do you not have a conscience?
I need to have my eyes on stalks but still the sly ones get away with it. I'm so polite and welcoming to everyone that visits our shop so how can anyone disrespect us like this.
Please treat us with the respect we show you if you know who did this.
