Putting the right waste in the right bin helps make sure more can be recycled and reduces contamination.

🔵 Blue – Recycling
🟣 Purple – General waste
🟢 Green – Garden waste

Liverpool is introducing separate weekly food waste collections, but the service hasn’t been fully rolled out across the city yet. If you haven’t received your food waste containers or been told that collections have started in your area, continue following the current waste guidance for your property.
