Getting our new baptism pool ready, although we found Alec having a snooze! Few weeks time we will be holding a baptism service giving people a chance to declare death to their old life and yes to new life in Jesus!
Pray with us that this pool is used time and time again.

Another great day at the Hope Comunity Hub - tots are back, pastries and drinks were had, conversations about Jesus going on, and a chance for people to rest during a busy day. Thanks to everyone who have volunteered time, and supported us financially and in prayer for our first full week of many!!

Summer time has brought great opportunities of living missionally as a church. Cleaning front yards as part of our “Love where you live” campaign, speaking to people on the street about Jesus, walking through and having church-wide picnics in the park, it’s been a good season of remaining intentional while also resting 🙌🏽

We need a baptism pool! Can you help, we have found this pool which would fit really well at Hope and it costs £600. We would love to baptise someone in the coming weeks and would love your help to be able to purchase. If you can help drop us a DM and we can send you details of ways to be involved. Do pray for us if we get it for it to break because we use it so much!

We’ve had visits from the Message, Bible studies with not yet Christians, served 80 families food and a chance to hear about Jesus, helped people on the edge find hope, people grieving, helped dozens of people understand the Bible, been in homes with the sick and forgotten, cooked meals for people, got people out exercising, taught the kids what it is to plant seeds physically and spiritually. Praised God for it all. We’ve laughed, cried and been amazed. Jesus really is the way, the truth and the life, to find him is to find life!

This week the pastors of Cornerstone Collective gathered together to bless and encourage churches across the UK. Different churches and people in real need of encouragement and support. We were so blessed to be a part of it 🙌
