Hope Church Kensington

We’ve had visits from the Message, Bible studies with not yet Christians, served 80 families food and a chance to hear about Jesus, helped people on the edge find hope, people grieving, helped dozens of people understand the Bible, been in homes with the sick and forgotten, cooked meals for people, got people out exercising, taught the kids what it is to plant seeds physically and spiritually. Praised God for it all. We’ve laughed, cried and been amazed. Jesus really is the way, the truth and the life, to find him is to find life!

This week the pastors of Cornerstone Collective gathered together to bless and encourage churches across the UK. Different churches and people in real need of encouragement and support. We were so blessed to be a part of it 🙌

God has blessed us with two workers who look after all our social action, prayer, women’s work and we love how they use their gifts in Kenny. God has been good to us. Because of them the church are able to reach out to dozens of families, support lots of women and cover it all in prayer. We are cheering you two on.

We have had a great few weeks living out our church values - Word, Community, Transformation, Mission - we’ve been on weekends away, picnics, preaching of the gospel, litter picking the streets of Kenny, discipleship gatherings, serving dozens of families food, praying for people, painting peoples houses, teaching kids and lots more!
We are looking forward to church gathering tomorrow looking at Ezra 5 God builds his Kingdom and nothing can stop it!

Thank you for blessing us with a message from 1 Corinthians 11:17–34.

We were also so encouraged hearing from our member Nat as he shared an update from his course. It’s been amazing to hear how much he has been blessed through his studies—especially as he prepares to enter a new season of life this month by getting married 💒

We also were hosted by to kick off Spring Intensive Week.

God is doing so much—not only in the life of Hope Church, but among brothers and sisters walking alongside us in mission across the world. It’s a joy to pray for one another wherever He has placed us.

The Bride of Christ is alive because Jesus is alive 🙌
