Two job vacancies - Carey Gardens TMO in London.

Carey Gardens TMO is looking for a full time Housing Management Co-ordinator. £28,000 per annum, 35 hours per week.

Also a full time Housing Officer. £31,000 per annum, 35 hours per week.

Annual leave 32 days per year, rising to 37 with service, and a complimentary day off on your birthday!

Carey Gardens Estate is made up of 403 properties: a mixture of tenanted, leasehold, and sheltered properties. It is based in the Queenstown Ward of Battersea, London.

We are a Resident's Management Organisation (RMO) responsible for the housing management and maintenance of properties on Carey Gardens Estate. We are home to a diverse community in the heart of Nine elms, Battersea.

The Housing Ombudsman Service has published its revised Scheme and consultation outcome ahead of STAIRs.

Under the updated Scheme, tenants will have 3 months to bring a STAIRs complaint to them after receiving a response from their Private Registered Provider, or if they do not receive one. These complaints will be handled through a new process, separate from their existing complaints service. Former tenants who made an information request while a still a tenant will also be able to bring a complaint.
