This Baby Loss Awareness Week, we’re sharing Faye’s story and remembering her beautiful daughter, Sofia Loren.💫

After losing Sofia at 36 weeks of pregnancy, Faye and her family were given the opportunity to spend precious time with their little girl in our Snowdrop Suite.

From cuddles and reading stories to making keepsakes together, these moments became memories that Faye and her family will cherish forever.

Faye hopes that by sharing her experience, more families will understand the importance of memory-making and know that support is available to them following the loss of a baby.

“Little Lights gave us something that can never be replaced.. time. Time to be with our daughter, time to create memories, and time to say goodbye in our own way. For that, we will be forever grateful.” 💜

We’re incredibly grateful to Faye for sharing her story with us and helping raise awareness of the support available to families following baby loss.

This week, and always, we remember every baby gone too soon and stand alongside the families who carry their love with them every day.

A huge thank you to the team at Arnold Clark MG / Chery for their generous support and for providing Little Lights Liverpool, formerly Zoe’s Place with a car. 💜

This will make a real difference to the support we can offer families, helping us with transport and making it easier to be there for the children and parents who need us.

From supporting the day-to-day running of our hospice to helping us reach families when they need us most, this vehicle will play an important role in the care we provide.

We’re incredibly grateful to the team for their kindness and support. Thank you for helping us continue Lighting the Way – Building Hope. 💫

Two years ago, when the future of Little Lights was uncertain, so many incredible people helped us spread the word, share our story and make sure our voices were heard. 💜

We’ll never forget the people who stood alongside us during that time, and we’re so grateful to see that same love and support continuing into this next chapter as Little Lights!

Although our name has changed, everything that makes Little Lights so special remains the same. The people, the purpose and the community behind it all.

A message from our CEO, Christian Logue. 💜

Two years ago today, we shared the incredibly difficult news that Liverpool’s Zoe’s Place would have to close.

Two years on, we’re looking towards the future.

Thanks to the incredible support of our community, our new Little Lights Liverpool Baby Hospice is taking shape at Hayman’s Green creating a new home where we can continue the specialist care and support we provide to babies, children and families across the Liverpool City Region.

Thank you, Montirex 💜

Two years ago, our community came together to help save Little Lights. In October 2024, Montirex donated over £120,000 to support our future and two years on, they’re still standing alongside us.

Throughout October, customers at the Montirex L1 store can choose to round up their bill, with donations going to Little Lights.

We’re so grateful for their continued support and for helping us shine a little more light on our anniversary month.



We recently welcomed the Montirex team to Little Lights and it was lovely to hear why supporting our work means so much to them.

“When we heard that Little Lights needed the local community to rally behind them, it felt completely natural for us to do what we could. They’re just down the road from us and provide such vital support to children and families in our community.”💜

What started as a local fundraising effort has grown into continued support for Little Lights, and we’re incredibly grateful to have Montirex standing alongside us.

As we mark two years since our hospice was saved, we’re reminded of the incredible generosity and community that came together to help save Little Lights Liverpool Baby hospice, formerly Liverpool Zoe’s Place. 💜

People across the city rallied together, fundraising, sharing our story, showing their support and doing whatever they could to help keep our hospice here in Liverpool.

That support didn’t just help us through that moment. It helped make our next chapter possible.

Today, we’re Little Lights Liverpool, and we’re building something new, a future for our hospice and for the babies, children and families who need us.
