🌍 English lessons can be about more than learning English. They can be about doing, creating, sharing and connecting. They can be about learning from each other, discovering different cultures, sharing stories, trying something new and building confidence together. 🤝✨
When learners explore Liverpool, create art, share traditions, have conversations or work on a project, they are using English for a real purpose — to communicate, collaborate and be part of their community. ❤️ At Talking English CIC, we believe that some of the best learning happen when we learn with and from each other. 📚 English is the tool 🌍 Culture is the connection. 🎨 Creativity is the opportunity. 🤝 Community is where learning happens.

It was fantastic to see our learners reading OUR VOICE and proudly admiring the work of their fellow learners! 📖✨ Our conversation class was full of discussion, sharing ideas and talking about the different articles and stories written by our learners. 🗣️💬
From ideas developed in our writing classes and conversations in class, to seeing their words published in our very own community newspaper — what an achievement! 🙌👏

📚✨ A busy day of learning last week at Talking English! ✨📚 We had our group lessons with Yvonne, alongside one-to-one beginner lessons with Elise. 🗣️💬
It was wonderful to see all our learners working so hard, supporting one another and building their confidence through conversation practice. 🤝❤️
Every week, we see our learners grow in confidence, make new connections and become more comfortable using English in everyday life. 🌱🇬🇧
