Invisible Illness & Disabilities

Not all disabilities & illnesses are visible, they come in many different forms. Judging someone by saying ‘you look fine’ on the outside, invalidates their experience; and what they go through each and every day.

Please be mindful and reserve judgement if someone tells you they have an invisible illness or disability. In all that you do, lead with love, compassion & kindness always.

Be part of the solution, awareness helps to reduce the stigma associated with living with an invisible illness/disability.

To those who live this everyday, we see you, we hear you. You are not alone. 🫶🏻
