A fantastic visit to Derry to learn more about the new SEEDS project. It was amazing to see how dementia awareness is being raised across Northern Ireland and to learn about the importance of providing meaningful support to individuals living with dementia, as well as their carers and families. A truly inspiring experience and a reminder of how much difference awareness, understanding and support can make.
